· 08 No. of Color Picture with Size 3x4 cm with Light Blue Background Dark Clothes (Not accepted Polarized, Black & White & Light Pictures).

· Next to Kin (Copy of CNIC and Contact Number).

· Blood Group Number.

· Present and Postal Address and Contact Number.

Note: In case of increase the ticket fare and Saudi Rayal rate, haji will have to pay the difference
